This job is a 3rd shift job. 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Sunday night through Friday morning. Will have to be able to complete training on 1st and/or 2nd shifts, so flexibility in scheduling is needed. * Will perform quality testing according to the company documented test procedures. * Will perform testing according to GLP and USP (Good Laboratory Practices and United States Pharmacopeia). * Understand good safety practices in handling hazardous chemicals in the laboratories. * Will document all test results in timely manner. * Maintain in detail all records and keep documents well organized. * Will be able to interface with multidisciplinary company representatives and also with external auditors when asked. * Have the ability to multitask on various projects as required. * Previous experience in lab environment. * At least 1 year of quality assurance experience. Experience in the medical products field and/or disposable product manufacturing is preferred. * Familiarity with ISO 13485 regulations and FDA GMP and QSR requirements preferred. * SPC implementation experience in a high volume environment a plus. * Proficient in the use of office automation software including MS Word and Excel. * At least Associate's degree preferred.
