    Lighthouse Lab Services is proud to partner with a highly reputable toxicology laboratory based in Linden, NJ with over 25 years of experience delivering premium laboratory testing services to healthcare professionals nationwide. We are seeking a dynamic Regional Business Development Representative to drive strategic growth and expand market presence within Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Behavioral Health (BH) facilities, and physician offices.

    This remote role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with an existing network in clinical toxicology and drug monitoring sectors.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Market Growth: Develop and execute territory business plans focused on expanding market share and driving revenue.

    • New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within SUD/BH clinics, pain management, orthopedic groups, and physician offices.

    • Account Management: Maintain and grow existing sales channels while building long-term client relationships.

    • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing teams to increase brand visibility and support promotional campaigns.

    • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Cultivate a robust sales pipeline, track activity through CRM tools, and engage regularly with key prospects and decision-makers.

    • Customer-Centric Solutions: Present tailored toxicology testing solutions that demonstrate value and clinical application.

    • Relationship Building: Conduct regular visits and maintain strong communication with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Biology, or a related field strongly preferred.

    • Experience: 3–5+ years of outside B2B sales, preferably within healthcare or clinical laboratory services.

    • Network: Existing contacts within SUD/BH clinics, pain management, orthopedic practices, or other drug monitoring/testing environments.

    • Personality: Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, outgoing, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive market.

    • Skills:

      • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

      • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities

      • High level of professionalism and integrity

      • Proficient in CRM and pipeline management

      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a changing environment

    Required Experience:

    • 3–5 years of experience in a competitive sales market.

    • Existing relationships in SUD/BH facilities and physician offices are preferred.
