Job Description
SEL seeks a motivated individual to join our team and help us enhance the business value of our Microsoft 365 tools. Do you have experience building or supporting SharePoint, Power Apps or Power Automate? Do you enjoy architecting and designing systems? If so, then this position is for you!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement applications and workflows to support business process automation using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Configure and monitor environments for Microsoft 365 tools; Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, SharePoint Online, Lists, Forms, Planner, Project, and Whiteboard.
Collaborate with other teams to enhance the business value of our Microsoft 365 environment and ensure a high-quality user experience.
Stay informed with news, service alerts and new features.
Provide standards, training, and guidance to support citizen developers and tool adoption.
Provide customer service and support for users.
Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent
Experience in a technical environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Desire for life-long learning to maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving technologies
Embraces dynamic, fast-paced environments; adapts well to rapid change
Excellent customer service commitment
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of the features and architectural design of Microsoft 365 – ideally SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and/or Power Apps
Experience with modern web frameworks and tool chains such as: SharePoint Framework, Node.JS, React, and Git
Experience with MS Teams, Azure AD, and Graph API
Project management experience
