  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    This position will promote, expand, maintain and implement all sales aspects of our Pharmaceutical equipment and technologies.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    ● Accountability for overall performance of sales activities and customer satisfaction in assigned territory

    ● Implement the pharmaceutical groups sales strategy and identify any territorial modifications needed

    ● Prepare and properly maintain monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts by use of the customer relationship management program

    ● Provide in person forecast updates during sales meetings and other company functions as needed

    ● Achieve or exceed the annual bookings target

    ● Qualify all proposal opportunities (e.g., including a project strategy, design strategy, timeline, and submission documentation) and articulate and document the required response

    ● Timely followup of all sales leads with at a minimum quarterly reporting

    ● Technical and commercial presentations to engineers and end users surrounding the technology of responsibility plus other general pharmaceutical offerings from Veolia

    ● Develop and expand new business opportunities

    ● Support process/applications engineer with proposal and bid generation

    ● Work with the pharmaceutical service team to promote Veolia technologies and service offerings

    ● Attend, present and participate in local, regional or national trade shows and Veolia customer seminars

    ● Work with other divisions of Veolia’s Water Tech zone to gain access to customers and their facilities and to promote Veolia’s overall offerings to the Pharmaceutical market through site visits, webinars and other means of direct communication

    ● Promote and attend customer visits to the Center of Excellence in Ireland and factory testing/tours at Solys facilities

    ● Contribute and develop to strategic plan and execution of strategic Pharma plan

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

    ● The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience selling equipment and technologies into the pharmaceutical market

    ● A Bachelor of Science Degree is required for this position

    ● Experience selling water for injection, process water and secondary wastewater equipment is a plus

    ● Candidate should possess a high degree of understanding of the requirements and regulations of water treatment within the pharmaceutical industry along with exceptional communications skills (oral and written)

    ● Travel will be approximately 40%
