Job Description
We are seeking a GLOBAL PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER to develop messaging, positioning and competitive intelligence within our HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT (HCM) business. This position will also support an industry and help drive the go-to-market strategies of our campaign and field marketing teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Work closely with customers, analysts, thought leaders, sales, and product management to build the global messaging and positioning of both our HCM products along with one of our core industries
- Develop an intimate understanding of the needs of our customers, the market and competitor solutions/messaging to differentiate the positioning of our HCM products
- Create compelling sales materials such as presentation decks, demo scripts, training materials, white papers, thought leadership content and competitive briefs to drive sales traction for your products and industry
- Work closely with product management to plan and execute successful product launches. Translate new features and capabilities into customer-facing communications that will increase customer and market adoption.
- Drive the success of your products across the sales and extended go-to-market team through ongoing training and development activities
- Evangelize your products through tradeshows, webinars and other customer-facing events
- Collect and analyze market sizing, sales, customer and prospect feedback to inform strategy while partnering with sales to conduct win-loss analyses to uncover trends and opportunities
- Work with our customer reference team to identify and develop compelling case studies that connect Unit4 with strong business outcomes for our customers
