You'll manage the customer success team with the objective to guide them towards strong revenue generation and sales processes efficiency.
We'll give you the tools and methodology to get started – but you'll have to show autonomy and initiative to succeed. You won't be just a sales manager, you will be part of the strategy and we will listen to your queries
In particular, you’ll have to:
Build and manage team with clear goals around revenue generation
Lead by example – manage a high volume of leads, conduct introductory emails/calls, educate clients on our service, and close deals
Maintain team motivation and performance through exceptional day-to-day leadership
Create and implement tools to improve lead qualification process and conversion
Maximize the expansion of US customer base
Contribute to sustain and increase our NPS (Net Promoter Score)
Maintain client’s trust and loyalty through fantastic customer experience
Bring in new ideas and processes to delight our customers and strengthen our organization
Native English verbal and written communication skills – extremely clear and tactful
3+ years of experience as Sales Manager in a fast-paced environment, preferably B2B marketplace
Dynamic, personable, passionate about helping others
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trust easily
High-energy self-starter with a relentless, entrepreneurial work ethic
Competitive, numerate and commercially minded individual with a head for targets
A former experience with Salesforce CRM software is a plus
