    WHAT WE EXPECT:

    • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship
    • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or related area; MBA in progress preferred
    • Preferred experience: Prior SDR/BDR exposure at high-growth, SaaS company; Salesforce platform experience
    • Learn and articulate complex subject matter
    • Strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills (i.e. great listener and natural storyteller)
    • Highly organized, strong time management skills; adept at investigation and research
    • Ability to hustle and persist in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction

    WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:

    • Demonstrate a passion for being part of a team focused on igniting the engines of innovation, sparking new ideas, and fostering new ways for people to work together.
    • Absorb our existing playbook and be ready to start contacting new prospects 10 days from the start date.
    • Become an expert in conducting account and contact research, using lead generation tools (example LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to routinely map extract contacts and create accurate and targeted lists of prospects.
    • Work closely with the Marketplace sales team in the ongoing optimization of strategic approaches.
    • Provide insights to, and collaborate with, marketing to ensure conversion rates are world-class across the funnel.
    • Extensive use of Salesforce CRM and other tools to build and maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects
    • Be eager to learn, committed to getting 1% better everyday and be open to feedback

    The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

    • The estimated pay range for this role is $28-$32 per hour.

    The successful candidate’s starting hourly rate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; flexible spending & health savings account; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
