• Deliver consistently fantastic support to backers over email.

• Onboard new project creators over email, with the occasional phone call.

• Contribute to product development with feedback from customers on their experience and their feature requests.

• Constantly find ways to improve the support process and help define it.

• Talk to our users. Everyone at BackerKit is customer-facing, and we expect everyone to get to know the project creators we are serving (plus, they are awesome, just like you).

• Hands-down hard-working, scrappy, highly resourceful, self-starter in a fast-paced environment. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and do some good old-fashioned schlepping!

• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly observant. Excellent problem solver and critical thinker. You enjoy figuring out any challenge that comes up relating to customer support.

• Excited to work hard with a small team, which may include other tasks done as needed.

• Great at communicating clearly to team members often about ideas, issues, or improvements. We are a small team who moves fast, so it is important that you speak your mind and give feedback on how we can make things better/faster/stronger!
