    The challenge:

    We are looking for a university intern to contribute to critical insights efforts for the Customer Experience organization.

    This position requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills, high detail-orientation, an ability to collaborate across teams, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    What you’ll do:

    Understand and analyze customer behavior across the customer lifecycle, using data captured across touch points to uncover experience gaps, make concrete optimization recommendations, and provide insights to business and product stakeholders

    Support several executive reporting efforts focused on delivering key metrics and insights on an ongoing basis
