    THE OPPORTUNITY

    As a Value Consulting Developer at Xactly Corporation, you'll be responsible for building out a Gainsight-powered solution to support the value realization efforts of the Customer Success team. This is a great opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to drive the definition and development of this platform.

    Specific job duties and responsibilities include:

    • Serve as the product owner and core developer for the build out of a Gainsight-centric value realization platform for Customer Success
    • Design and implement technical processes including workflows, calls to action, surveys, alerts, dashboards, and reports
    • Work closely with Value Consulting to understand functional requirements and prioritization of use cases for implementation Provide technical and operational support for solution.
    • Resolve production issues and continually improve solution capabilities to enhance adoption and efficacy of solution for key stakeholders
    • Create and maintain technical scope documentation, work effort estimates, and development / deployment task breakdowns Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user activity to make recommendations on continuous improvements

We are consultants, strategists, builders, and innovators charged with helping organizations future-proof their revenue operations and unlock long-term value from Xactly solutions. We accelerate digital modernization by creating a strategy, building the business case for these initiatives, creating an execution roadmap, and assessing business value realization after solutions are deployed. You'll manage the value realization component of Xactly Transform, support the entire value management lifecycle at Xactly, and play a critical role in growing and retaining our most strategic accounts.

    THE SKILL SET:

    • Overall 5+ years of experience in software development or IT
    • 2+ year hands-on Gainsight development experience
    • Certified Gainsight Administrator with 2+ years of experience configuring Gainsight, including Timeline, C360, Cockpit, Playbooks, Success Plans, and Success Snapshots
    • Demonstrable experience designing Gainsight processes and automations
    • Experience integrating Gainsight/Salesforce with external systems and data sources
    • Proficiency with Gainsight/Salesforce integration technologies including REST APIs, Gainsight Rules Engine, Amazon S3, ETL, and SQL

    WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL

    • Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow
    • Gain a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges Xactly solves
    • Gain a strong understanding of existing value realization processes and tools and start to establish a development roadmap for the to-be platform
    • Assess current Gainsight configuration and investment

    WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Port existing value realization platform functionality onto the Gainsight platform
    • Establish development effort estimates for near-term (3-12 months) enhancement priorities
    • Establish the foundation for the scalable capture of customer benchmarks

    WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility and insights into customer benchmarks
    • Develop reports and dashboards for management visibility into value realization efforts and impact

    WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Extend value realization platform capabilities to include integrations to external systems and data
    • Provide Gainsight technical advisory guidance and training for the broader Customer Success team
    • Identify further personal education opportunities to increase your business and technical acumen and impact

    Pay range: $110,000 -120,000 base + Semi Annual Bonus Final pay determinations, salary ranges and pay increases are established by the employer. The ranges are an estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. They are based upon a combination of local industry benchmarks, budget, experience, and internal comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills, and/or hones current skills.
