We’re looking for a part-time Executive Assistant who is exceptionally organized, capable of wearing various hats and understands that their role is to serve as the gate keeper to/from inbound access. You are someone who 'gets it', takes pride in your work and has the work ethic to do whatever it takes to get the job done right every time!

Day to day responsibilities will include the following. · Manage email, phone calls/vid conference chats, schedules, meetings/reminders, etc. for 1-4 team members · Observing and maintaining meeting notes and follow up needs · Coordinating company travel as needed · Maintaining an updated record of clients, agreements, trade shows, etc. · Managing office needs; inventory (kitchen to office equipment), scheduling maintenance as needed, keeping conference room in order, etc. · Some expense/accounting work

· Working towards a Bachelors Degree · Very strong attention to detail · Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion · Ability to prioritize (communication is key) · Professional but fun attitude · Office and cloud tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Google Hangouts, etc/) · Able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust among team members and peers (be reliable and do what you say) · Strong communicator (writer - emoticons won't get it done/verbal - eye to eye contact engagement, etc.) · Not afraid to assert opinions, but is open to feedback and differing perspectives (teach, learn and grow) · Passion for and pride in your work, a big sense of humor, and a desire to grow yourself and those around you
