Position description:

Open Dealer Exchange, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for an IT Operations Support Analyst to join their team in Farmington Hills, Michigan. In this position you will provide support to internal and external users of the Open Dealer Exchange products and services. This support includes troubleshooting and diagnosing technical support issues, troubleshooting network communications to clients, running and reviewing system reports, and providing implementation support for all of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Display an in-depth understanding of the products and services provided by Open Dealer Exchange
• Perform problem resolution and escalation triage
• Primary technical support for multiple lines of business
• Manage communications to business partners for service impacting changes
• Act as liaison and advocate for internal and/or external IT customers
• Assist with development and maintenance of processes and procedures

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. Must demonstrate strong English written and verbal communication skills. Capacity to work with other team members and coordinate work throughout the organization. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal guidance. Capable of working in a dynamic, highly-changing environment with multiple work streams
