JOB TITLE

IT TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT– IES – SALES SOLUTIONS.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Our SALES SOLUTIONS TEAM is responsible for the End-to-End solution delivery supporting SAP’s core Sales Deal Execution business processes closely interacting with the respective LoB Global Customer Organization (GCO). Here we act as the Business’ trusted advisor and expert, driving together the simplification of business processes based on a user-centric approach.

You can work on a wide variety of projects – cloud applications, user experience, operational support, new development and implementation of new innovative technology. You can be part of IT teams who showcase SAP as the company’s first and best reference customer through The Best Run SAP program and close collaboration and co-innovation with our SAP standard development organization.

We are looking for bright minds to participate and contribute their great ideas through co-innovation and solution implementation projects empowered through SAP’s cutting-edge technologies to enable SAP as the digital enterprise. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Within our IT unit to enable best in class IT solutions for our Sales Solutions business processes you will:

• be part of an agile team, assume responsibility for tasks and complete them end-to-end with the best quality.
• primarily focus on development and customization of cloud-based software application.
• design and implement new solutions using SAP’s latest Cloud Platform technologies.
• drive continuous improvements with focus on quality, stability, usability, maintainability and ultimately customer satisfaction.
• assume responsivity of all software development tasks working with multiple teams of developers supporting software product in ownership.
• develop skill and competency on latest integration technologies

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Practical knowledge of HANA database platform is a must.
• Practical knowledge of ABAP is a must.
• Practical experience in the area of application integration with HANA database is a big plus.
• Quick Learner, passionate, motivated and self-managed.
• Experience in agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban etc.) connected with End-User Centricity.
• Ability to work in an international, virtual and highly diverse team.
• Excellent English skills.
• Familiarity with Callidus Commission solution is a plus.
• Practical experience with SQL.
• Familiarity of UI-5 technology is a plus

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Ideally 1 – 2 years of working experience or experience through internships, working student employments or first full-time jobs.
• Ability to work well in an international, virtual and highly diverse team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to deliver in the set timeframe.

EXPERIENCE/ ROLE REQUIREMENTS: 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working on SAP Applications – SAP SD, SAP BRIM, SAP FI or SAP FI-CA (Order to Invoice process). SAP Order to Cash process knowledge which includes transfer of funds from one G/L account to another, SD order creation, Invoice creation and knowledge of associated SD and FI or FI-CA database tables
• 1+ years of work experience in an agile team (Scrum or Kanban) with a good understanding of Agile mindset, values and ways of working 
• Credit card industry experience is a plus – which includes knowledge of PCI-DSS. SAP and Credit card integration (with payment gateway) knowledge - Functional (SPRO payment config) & Technical Implementation (incl. dev/enhancements) and experience performing end to end root cause analysis of production credit card incidents is also nice to have
• Knowledge of ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAPUI5 nice to have
• Strong written and oral communication skill in English required 
• Open to new ideas and technologies, creative and willing to learn from others  
• Self-motivated, proactive, team player, result-oriented and creative 
• Experience working with remote, cross-cultural teams 
• Bachelor/ Master’s in computer science, Finance or related field preferred
