The junior sales representative is responsible for bringing in new business for Hacknocraft.
Generating leads via cold calling and networking are their primary daily responsibilities, with the goal of bringing opportunities to the product team to make proposals to clients.
The junior sales rep will then work with the product team to develop sales proposals and present them to the client.
The junior sales rep will be working remotely at first, although someone in the NY Metropolitan area is strongly preferred as most clients will be in this area.
While the junior sales rep is not required to close the deal or be the primary contact for the customer once the deal is closed, s/he is expected to be involved during and after the closing to support the customer and answer questions the customer directs to them.
Candidate must be hungry, quick to learn, and self motivated.
Strong communications skills and working knowledge of business, economics, or finance is required.
Working knowledge of computer engineering or technical product management is ideal.
Must be authorized to work in the US.

Candidates will be hired on a 3 month trial period to start (paid, but no benefits).
Candidates who successfully complete the trial will become a full time employee and receive 2 weeks of paid vacation per year and medical, dental, and vision insurance through the company.
