ABOUT THE TEAM

Global Cloud Services is responsible for delivering world class services for cloud infrastructure, life cycle management and cloud operations. Global Cloud Services wants to deliver the best Cloud experience to both its customers and employees. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Position title: SAP Global Cloud Services iXp intern  - Learning and Development

Location: Newtown Square, PA – please note that roles will be remote until local guidelines ensure safe office reopenings

Expected start date to end date: September 2021  or earlier (Targeted start) for 6 Months

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

As the Learning & Development (L&D) intern, you will work with the representatives from GCS business units responsible for determining L&D demand and provisioning best-in-class, business driven L&D offerings for GCS employees. You will play a pivotal role in championing the development of training programs to cultivate a sustainable, high-performing internal talent pipeline that supports GCS’ core business and strategic objectives. And, with people at the heart of everything you do, you will support GCS’ people to grow rewarding careers at SAP—while enjoying one yourself.

As Learning & Development intern, you will collaborate with the functional unit representatives by:

• Working with Enablement lead on the day-to-day function in support of strategic objectives.
• Help providing best-in-class, business driven learning and development offerings for our people
• Explore the capabilities of Success Map Learning and implement best solutions for executing GCS Enablement plans.
• Create Success Map program and work with Success Map Managed Services
• Create related artifacts such as project plans, consumption reports and learning effectiveness measurements.
• Evaluate skills-assessment reports
• Support Clouds Experience Management specialists in experience initiatives, focusing on improving communications, learning and development, and employee engagement on all levels across the organization
