    This position requires access to customer data. Must be a U.S. citizen; SAP NS2 does not offer Visa sponsorships for this role. All internals must have manager’s approval to transfer.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The IT Services Intern will be responsible for assisting in IT projects and initiatives. This role will support developing standards, identify, evaluate and document new products and capabilities within the IT organization. The IT Services Intern will collaborate with other IT team members and provide periodic updates to management on key initiatives. This position will be a hybrid role based in Newtown Square, PA.

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITES

    • Audit CMDB for accuracy, outliers, investigate, and make adjustments where necessary.

    • Update CMDB and MECM when items move from in stock, retired, IT hold, legal hold, per process.

    • Process and update assets via the Asset Management lifecycle process.

    • Engage offboarding process for asset retrieval.

    • Prepare equipment for disposal -Wipe/destroy laptops, iPhones, iPads, and hard drives.

    • Work with Asset Manager on improvement and streamlining of processes.

    • Update\Review\Create documentation where needed.

    • Provide backup assistance for Asset Manager and Patch Remediation Manager.

    • Remediate identified vulnerabilities throughout our organization across multiple platforms.

    • Work with IT and Security on vulnerability assessments, remediation, and patch management

    • Ensure the operational health of the infrastructure and track progress via corporate dashboards.

    • May be asked to perform a variety of duties as directed by SAP NS2 which may include support, configuration and feature enablement to further secure our environment.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Pursuing or a recent grad with a Computer Science / MIS / Information Technology, or related technical major
    • Experience with Microsoft operating systems
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to work effectively within a group dynamic
    • Preparing and making written and oral presentations of a technical nature

    SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS DESIRED:

    • Experience with Windows/operating systems
    • Exposure to Tenable and MECM
    • ServiceNow Experience
    • Proficient on Microsoft Windows o365 tools [Outlook, Teams]
    • Experience with patching Windows operating systems

    Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15 - 62 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
