Selected students will be eligible to complete an international rotation of their choice at one of over 200 worldwide office locations.

Expectations and Tasks:
STAR students first receive a full range of formal training on SAP’s core technology stack and soft skills, prior to entering their specific department. Students are expected to commit to full-time employment when on break from their university and part-time during their academic terms (10 hours per week minimum during part-time).
Top performers who successfully graduate from the university will be well-positioned for full-time employment in one of the appropriate areas of the business at SAP. Graduates of the program will likely find their ideal job in the areas of software development, service & support, product management, or consulting.
COVID Statement: Working conditions have changed since the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, with the rise in cases due to the Delta Variant, SAP has allowed remote working until mid-2022. SAP Newtown Square, PA offices are currently open with some guidelines. Until COVID cases are controlled, the STAR internship will be completely remote but reserve the right for some in-person onboarding activities where necessary. All interns will have the equipment (laptop, headphones, etc.) mailed to their homes, enabling the intern to fulfill the expectations of their job. If during the internship period, the offices begin to reopen, STAR interns will create a return-to-office plan with the STAR manager unique to their comfortability level.
