Business acumen and experience: Ability to understand the big picture, connect dots, build and communicate recommendations and bridge the gap between strategy and execution
Prior business strategy, business development, marketing, or sales experience
Analytical skills: Ability to produce and interpret reports and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into meaningful and actional steps and recommendations.
Critical thinker, with the ability to identify roadblocks and solve them bringing the right input and teams together.
Self-starter and outcome oriented, with a passion for learning and problem solving. Comfortable building a point of view and questioning status quo
Passion for storytelling and design tools that bring those stories to life. Ability to design engaging, clear and actionable communications.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills and comfort working across functions, seniority level, culture, and time zones in matrixed organizations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), with experience in design and video tools, and advanced analytical software.
Advanced expertise in MS Excel functions (including Power Query) and data visualization tools (such as Power BI and Tableau) is essential. Familiarity with programming languages like R, SQL, and Python is preferred.
Interest in and proven experience with utilizing a variety of AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows a plus

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD.
