    What you’ll do

    Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Digital Platforms Development & Product Ownership

    Location: Newtown Square, PA

    Expected Start Date: May 2025

    Contract Duration: 6 months

    Work Hours: 40 hours per week

    This role is pivotal in assisting with the management of advanced digital capabilities, including AI-driven experiences, automation, and data-driven insights. You will contribute to run and build operations, communications, and program management for diverse projects and platforms, supporting the evolution of SAP digital capabilities and executing assigned requests. You'll drive projects to completion through close collaboration with core team members and leadership, ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality, cutting-edge digital products.

    This internship will immerse you in agile and incremental delivery methodologies, leading to enhanced value exchange for our customers and supporting SAP's bold transformational agenda. You'll gain hands-on experience with the latest MarTech tools and AI applications, contributing to the delivery of breakthrough customer experiences and digital sophistication.

    Responsibilities:

    • AI & Personalization Support:
      • Assist in the implementation and optimization of SAP’s AI-powered experiences
      • Explore the use of AI tools for content generation, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics
      • Contribute to the analysis of AI-driven experiences performance and provide actionable insights
    • MarTech Stack Management:
      • Assist in the management and optimization of our MarTech stack
      • Support the integration and utilization of AI-powered MarTech tools
      • Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of emerging MarTech technologies
      • Support transformation initiatives including Adobe AEM Cloud transformation
    • Agile Development & Product Ownership:
      • Assist in the planning and execution of agile development efforts, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
      • Support the documentation of client needs and the provision of technical recommendations
      • Establish strong working relationships with development staff and stakeholders to ensure a positive client experience
      • Assist with SAP.com agile ceremonies and planning
      • Leverage tools and technologies (JIRA, Wrike, etc.) for efficient project management
      • Develop deep expertise in digital product management and ownership
    • Digital Content & User Experience:
      • Support the evolution of content generation and management across various platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment
      • Assist in the application of design principles and UX best practices to optimize user experience
      • Contribute to the use of AI tools to enhance content creation and user experience
    • Data Analysis & Reporting:
      • Assist in the collection and analysis of digital data to identify trends, insights, and efficiencies
      • Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
      • Use AI powered analytics tools to gather insights

    Education: In pursuit of a degree in a related field: Marketing and Digital Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, Analytics, User Experience Design, Agile Development, Business, or related

    Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program

    Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to multitask
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and collaboration skills
    • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality
    • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects
    • Experience working in a team environment and independently
    • Ability to collaborate across global teams
    • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
    • Strong desire to learn and a professional drive
    • Willingness to acquire new skills to meet evolving needs
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Basic knowledge of design principles and commonly used design tools (Figma, Frontify)
    • Basic understanding of web production tools and content management systems
    • Basic understanding of AI concepts, and machine learning
    • Basic understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems
    • Related certifications (PMI, Adobe AEM, Target, Launch, Analytics, or others) are a plus
    • Experience with relevant technologies and tools: Microsoft Suite, JIRA, Wrike, Figma, Frontify, Metadata
    • Knowledge of development methodologies: Agile, SAFe
    • Content management experience is a plus
    • Development Skills (HTML & CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Frameworks and Libraries, CSS Preprocessors, Responsive Design, Cross-Browser Compatibility, Version Control)
    • UX and design experience is a plus
    • Relevant experience in study or similar position managing production processes and workflow
    • Digital mindset, innovative thinker, and tech-savvy

    Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 26-47 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
