The mission of the SAP Innovation Center Network (ICN) is to contextualize and pioneer emerging technologies that will be foundational for the future success of SAP and our customers. We are a diverse, global team and collaborate across roles, functions, and locations, enabling every colleague to contribute and investigate new ideas.
Our team explores new ways of working with technology to free up people’s creativity and ingenuity by reducing their repetitive tasks, bringing contextual information to the right place and at the right time, and enabling time for high-value activities that have a real business impact. We work on articulating and prototyping visions of enterprise software beyond the current roadmaps, investigating the most important jobs to be done in the enterprise, and run projects to take us closer to fully autonomous enterprise software all of it in the context of finance. This derives many projects, one of them, using Monte Carlo Simulation is a business decision simulator , where we aim to automatically simulate and generate thousands of probable future outcomes for Planners and Decision Makers when an unknown signal arises using logical programming techniques; as an example, SAP’s planners would be able to understand the rapidly changing customer preferences around Move2Cloud trend on to existing on-prem heavy service’s business. Another project we drive in user augmentation is around leveraging greater contextualization to autonomously anticipate data access needs and recommend the relevant access control permissions in order to streamline compliant access to resources, thereby enabling enterprise users get higher-value tasks done.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
