    ABOUT THE TEAM

    The goal of the Customer Advocacy Team is to support the Global Customer Engagement Executives (CEEs) with customer renewals, adoption, expansion/upsells, and references. In this role, you will be to learn about the different core dimensions of what it means to build a Customer Community through Audience Engagement for the Customer Success organization across Intelligent Suite (SAP Digital Supply Chain, SAP S/4 HANA and SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud).

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    Position title:SAP iXp Intern – Intelligent Suite, Customer Success Marketing & Communications

    Location: New York – Hudson Yards  – please note that roles will be remote until local guidelines ensure safe office reopenings

    Expected start date to end date: ASAP for 6 months internship for 40 hours/week

     

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

    In this role, the intern will support our Global Customer Engagement Executives (CEEs) to build best-in-class customer experiences, with a focus on the areas listed below:

    • Content: maintain customer and internal web pages, and create newsletters
    • Communications: schedule e-mail marketing campaigns for customer invitations to webinars and events
    • Virtual Event Logistics: coordinate and moderate customer enablement webinars and roundtables on virtual event hosting platforms ON24 and Zoom
    • Event Planning: support planning and logistics of in-person customer events
    • Analytics: track and manage customer engagement analytics post-event along with customer contact data

     

    WHO YOU ARE:

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

    • You are a currently enrolled student at a university
    • Studying preferably in the fields: Commerce related degree Bachelors. For example, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain
    • Language skills: Business fluent in English and other languages are an asset
    • Strong business communications skills
    • Team player, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction
    • Good communication/writing, problem-solving and organization skills
    • Passionate about customer experience and engagement!
    • Ability to work virtually with a global team across multiple time zones
