Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Site Speed &UX Performance Specialist

Working hours: Part-time - Full-time ( 20 - 40 hrs./week)
The SAP.com Digital Platforms Team is looking for a Site Speed & UX Performance Specialist to support our ongoing efforts to optimize web performance and enhance user experience across SAP’s global digital landscapes. This role will collaborate with product owners, project managers, design, development, and operational leads to ensure SAP.com and other digital entities deliver a fast, seamless, and engaging experience on desktop and mobile web browsers.
As part of the SAP.com Digital Platforms Team’s on-going digital experience optimization and transformational efforts, this role will drive performance testing, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve site responsiveness and customer engagement. This position will also play a key role in internal awareness initiatives, supporting the program’s SharePoint site, internal communications, and cross-organizational training efforts with third-party performance consultants.
In addition to technical analysis, this role will serve as a main point of contact for performance-related requests, working closely with core platform team members, leadership, and external agencies to ensure efficient execution of high-quality digital experiences.

The SAP.com Digital Platforms Team, within SAP’s Corporate Processes and Information Technology (CPIT) organization under the Customer and Partner Demand Generation group, is responsible for SAP.com and associated external (public-facing) digital web properties. The SAP Digital Platforms Team is responsible for managing the SAP.com technology framework and key project priorities from various business units (e.g.: SAP Marketing, SAP IT, and SAP Store, SAP Events, etc.), the development lifecycle, UX capabilities, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, and overall operational support for 47 country sites globally in 23 languages.
The SAP.com Digital Platforms Team is a detail-oriented, in-house services team that strives to deliver innovative online experiences by collaborating with customer experience product owners, creative web designers, content writers, marketers, campaign managers, regional managers, and technical partners to build blazing-fast, modern user experiences.

The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
