    ABOUT THE TEAM

    The goal of the Customer Advocacy Team is to support the Global Customer Success Partner (CSPs) with customer renewals, adoption, expansion/upsells, and references. In this role, you will be to learn about the different core dimensions of what it means to build a Customer Community through Audience Engagement for the Customer Success organization across Intelligent Suite (SAP Digital Supply Chain, SAP S/4 HANA and SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud).

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    Position title: SAP iXp intern  - Intelligent Suite, Customer Success Operational Business Analyst

    Location: Newtown Square, PA – please note that roles will be remote until local guidelines ensure safe office reopenings

    Expected start date to end date: September 2021 or earlier (Targeted start) for 6 Months

    Full time Hours (40 hours/week) is required for this role

     

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

    In this global role, you will work closely with S/4HANA Cloud Global VP, Regional VPs, Global Customer Success Partner (CSP) Regional leads, Business Management, and Controlling. Needs a good understanding of commercials (renewals, replacements, terminations), forecasting, reporting, and overall operations within cloud business. Will engage with the global S4HC CSP team and analyze cross-functional reporting for business operations updates and collaborate to maintain Marketing and Communications deliverables.

     

    Be part of the Customer Advocacy team and support our Global Customer Success Partners (CSPs) by building best-in-class customer experiences, with a focus on the areas listed below.

    • Virtual Event Planning & Logistics: organize global monthly meeting in collaboration with global VP, Regional VPs, to present quarterly/monthly performance and business updates for internal CSP audience – will deliver talk tracks and PPT to global VP.
    • Operations: Identify opportunities for improvement in operational and management initiatives, prepare presentations, management reports, and other documents ad hoc.
    • Content: maintain global headcount and organizational chart deliverables, maintain Go-Live newsletter, create excel reports and pivot tables for business operations overview
    • Communications: collaborate internally with CSPs to ensure all available tools are used to drive operational excellence and engagement management (Totango, CRM).
    • Analytics: Reconciliation of various reporting systems to have a single source of truth, update and clean up forecasts and getting insights into overall cloud business and key business drivers.
    • Special Projects: deliver ad hoc project requests from internal

    • Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Management Information System (MIS) or Business Technology Management (BTM) related degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA).
    • Strong Business leadership Education/Experience Preferred.
    • The candidate must have a combination of technical and business expertise. 
    • They should be a team player, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction.
    • Good communication/writing and organization skills are important
    • Advanced excel reporting / PPT skills are needed.
    • The candidate should be able to synthesize and analyze large quantities of data, whilst showing a creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
    • Above all, they should be passionate about customer experience and value realization
