PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The Global Brand team builds the brand fundamentals – what we stand for and how we express ourselves. We collaborate to create and deliver compelling, consistent and customer-centric experiences.

We inspire and enable “brand thinking” at SAP so that the brand, in all its dimensions, is systemic in all experiences and business decisions.

Employee enablement provides the critical link between brand strategy and its successful implementation across the company. The Brand team consists of 12 team members located in NYC and Walldorf offices.  Specifically, the Brand Enablement function is supported by 5 of these members, all of which are based in NYC.

The Brand Intern will support the brand team with ongoing enablement requests and learn the basics of brand.

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

• Support the brand team with ongoing enablement requests – covering brand consultation, image library and brand education support;
• Support the Brand Ambassador program
• Supporting the weekly production of our minute videos series – Brand Tips in a Minute.  Brand Tips are some of the highest viewed learning assets in our Success Factors learning center.
• Research industry and brand related topics
• Regular participation in Global Brand Team meetings.

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Must be proficient with MS Office tools.  Technology-savvy.
• Functions well in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented and a good team player. 
• Calm demeanor.  Customer-service oriented. Enjoys interacting with a variety of people.
• Desire to learn.

QUALIFICATIONS

• English speaking must be proficient with MS Office tools.  Technology-savvy.
