Each role serves as on-the-ground marketing personnel for Quorn, working closely with regional Field Marketing Leads to be the face of the brand through guerrilla marketing tactics that are centered on sharing Quorn’s great tasting products with people across the country.
Position Details:
Execute 4 high quality product demos in stores per week to raise brand awareness and drive sales
Assist with the execution of 1-2 large scale community events in each market per month, e.g. food festivals, music festivals, athletic events
Develop relationships with grocery buyers and frozen department managers
Assist regional and national marketing teams with various tasks and responsibilities
Job Specifics:
Work approximately 20 hours per week running four (4) 4-hour demos. Hours flexible, mostly weeknight evenings and weekends
Work 1-2 large scale events per month, generally 8 hours per day on weekends
Paid hourly with compensation for mileage
Excellent experience in the industry and a unique opportunity to gain an in-depth learning of sales and marketing in the natural products and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
Responsible, dependable, self-motivated, and engaging
Passionate about food & health with an interest in marketing and retail brand management
Outgoing and personable, capable of fostering relationships as well as engaging strangers
Prior experience preferred either as brand ambassador or in event marketing
Must be able to travel to stores in territory with demo equipment - car ownership required.
Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
