    What is Brandstorm? A global innovation competition!

    L'Oréal Brandstorm is back and bigger than ever! 🚀 For its 33rd edition, we're partnering with the L'Oréal Consumer Products Division (CPD) to tackle a dynamic and rapidly expanding market: men's beauty and care. 👨‍🦱

    Open to students between the ages of 18-30, this is an incredible opportunity for you to gain real-world experience 🌎, boost your resume 💼, and potentially launch your career at L'Oréal. ✨ Read on to learn how to participate in Brandstorm 2025 and make a real impact. 💡

    The Challenge: MEN. BEAUTY & CARE. GAME ON. 🏆

    This year's mission focuses on innovation in the men's beauty sector. CPD, a pioneer in democratizing and premiumizing beauty, challenges students to develop groundbreaking tech, products, or services that revolutionize the male beauty experience.

    Key Playing Fields:

    Tech: 💻 Leverage cutting-edge technologies like data analysis, AI, and AR to create innovative solutions.

    Products: 🧴 Develop new and exciting products that cater to the evolving needs of men.

    And Beyond: 🤔 Think outside the box! Explore services, experiences, and business models that redefine men's engagement with beauty.

    Project Requirements:

    Students should focus on:

    Men at the Forefront: 💪 Addressing unmet needs and challenging traditional norms in male beauty.

    Tech as Your Weapon: 🤖 Integrating technology to create truly disruptive solutions.

    Inclusivity & Sustainability: 🌍 Ensuring creations are inclusive and environmentally responsible.

    Deliverables:

    3-Slide Pitch Deck: 📊 A concise presentation outlining the core idea, feasibility, scalability, sustainability, and inclusivity. (See the provided framework for guidance).

    3-Minute Pitch Video: 🎥 A dynamic video introducing the team and addressing L'Oréal's 5 dimensions of potential: Ambition, Judgement, Resilience, Learning Agility, and Empathy.

    Evaluation Criteria:

    Projects will be judged on innovation ✨, tech integration ⚙️, sustainability 🌱, inclusivity 🙌, feasibility ✅, and scalability 📈. The jury will also consider presentation skills 🗣️ and supporting materials. 📚 Teams will be evaluated on L'Oréal's 5 dimensions of potential as well.
