12 Month Internship Program: L'Oreal USA has a unique program for recent graduates! It is a full-time paid internship for up to 12 months where you are a fully contributing member of the Product Marketing team here at L'Oreal. You will receive the experience and training needed to set you up for future success in the company.
The qualities necessary to be successful in this role include someone who is driven, productive, eager to learn/improve, self-motivated, as well as team and detail oriented. You will provide assistance to the marketing team across various product lines and will be expected to own and lead your projects.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree - must have graduated within the past 12 months
Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Self-starter and capable of working under minimum supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to handle fast-paced environment and to multi-task
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and sense of urgency
Proactive, Ability to self-manage projects, high level of organization, ability to overcome obstacles and problem solve
Creative thinking - ability to ideate new animations, promotions
Ability to help create and innovate go-to market materials
Sensitivity to health and beauty
Sense of aesthetics, attention to details and quality
Brand métier - ability to discern brand appropriate activities/investments
Basic business acumen, desire to better understand customer and sales dynamics, competitors, market trends

Willingness & ability to own, follow up on and complete any administrative tasks
Marketing Duties:
Support the Marketing team in executing strategy and materials to support new and existing products. Identify innovative opportunities and contribute ideas
Evaluate existing and emerging technologies across the SkinCeuticals competitive set, provide thought leadership and perspective on pricing, format, and benefit gaps
Interact effectively and efficiently with other departments in support of Marketing objectives (support includes: commercial offers, sample/kit development, etc.)
Lead the commercial offer process as key point of contact in partnership with the Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, set-up, and monitoring of offers
Serve as point of contact for inventory position and tracking for non-revenue, GWP, and printed materials
Manage the monthly content upload/removal in Highspot (Sales facing content platform)
Manage the downloading and share out of DMI released content on behalf of the marketing team. Help to onboard new team members to the platform as the Opera Champion.
Liaise with key sales leadership and cross-departmental teams to prepare for monthly national sales call and key communications to field.
Implement brand/product strategy and promotional support for the SkinCeuticals field-force partnership. Shadow Marketing leadership on strategic and tactical planning upon mastering initial JMA scope.
Support Marketing team in the build out and execution of annual brand efforts
Assist with administrative team needs (Information systems, SAP, Inboxes, PO's …)
Ad-hoc marketing projects
Travel
