    Before starting … What does our recruitment process look like?

    🌍 JOIN OUR INTERNATIONAL COMPANY IN ONE OF OUR FOUR MARKETING MISSIONS: 

    DMI (Global Marketing/Product Development): You are at the heart of creating concepts, starting with a blank piece of paper, imagining the next launches of innovative products and services that respond best to our consumers’ needs, while being the guardian of the brands’ DNA. You work closely with L’Oréal’s labs in the creation of new formulas, collaborate with packaging teams to innovate for the best consumer usability. You are also responsible for the analysis of the brands performance, competitors’ activities, and a partner in crime for the different markets all over the world.

    US Marketing (Operational and Local Marketing): Who says operational marketing says business proximity, launch strategy and strong partnership with our sales forces. As an operational marketer, you collaborate strongly with the international development teams, while adapting the assets to best fit to your market needs. You collaborate with internal digital team for online strategies, as well as with stores teams and retailers on merchandising strategies and in-store activations. In a nutshell, you have the role of a business developer, responsible for your brands performance, trusted advisor to your stakeholders and creative mind, imagining the best solutions for your market. 

    Digital:  You are obsessed with our e-consumers and want to propose them the best online experience.

    You develop and execute our brands online through an efficient category e-commerce plan. You partner with our e-retailers to enhance shopper experience, both at category level and brand level, and you ensure the best online execution. The following areas will hold no secrets for you: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Data Driven Marketing (DDM), and merchandising through various experiences on specific teams such as e-Retail, Owned Site, Amazon, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Loyalty, or Data Driven Marketing (DDM). 

    Specialty (Social, Influencer, PR): You are at the heart of our brand awareness! You develop strategies across social platforms, you create content and social plans, moderate and engage, and report insights across social channels. You source new influencers, work closely with legal, team and agencies to support on standard agreement, and you also provide support on the execution of PR events and the analysis of quantitative impacts.

    You are… 

    🎓 A recent graduate (within 12 months) of a BA degree or MA degree

    ✅ Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

    "Calendar"Available to start a full-time 12m internship beginning September or earlier

    "Computer"Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
