    As a Sales Analyst within the Unilever Customer Development organization, you will be key to the success of the Unilever business at CVS. You will play an important role in supporting the business performance, driving growth through insights, and deploying best-in-class analytics.

    This individual will leverage data and identify actionable insights that drive strategic growth with CVS. The sales analyst will focus on the following areas:

    • Reporting: Weekly POS (point of sale) reporting, Ad-Hoc Report Analysis (both POS and Shipments), Monthly team tracking, and lead customer-specific reports (i.e. Gift Pack Trackers).
    • ROI Analysis: Event and display analysis to include sell-through reports, post-event ROI, personalization tactics and digital tracking.
    • Customer Promotional Strategy: Provide recommendations to sales team on productivity of ad blocks, develop a playbook for Masterbrand event planning and scale events.
    • Proactive Recommendations: Leverage COTC Trackers, OSA Metrics, In-Stock Levels and Turn Trackers to develop recommendations to drive the CVS business.

    Overall, the data analysis and recommended actions will help drive the CVS team’s goals for profitable growth and share goals while improving the holistic customer investment. The recommendations and analysis will aid in joint business planning for CVS and brand strategy executions for multiple categories. In addition, this analyst role will have the opportunity to partner cross-functionally with Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Customer Marketing and Supply Chain.

    What You’ll Need To Succeed:

    • Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related area preferred
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of field sales (outside sales) experience or related experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to build productive, long-term relationships
    • Self-motivated and accountable
    • Possess strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
    • Ability to set clear objectives, conduct detailed analysis, draw insights from the analysis and then build a selling story around the insights
    • Possessing good judgment & decision-making ability
    • Quality of work must be accurate and thorough with attention to detail
