The College Works Program is the ultimate business and leadership internship. With us, you're a branch manager running your own business and making real money. College Works is the most intense learning opportunity you can expect to experience whether it's in or out of the classroom.

In this program, you will learn to develop and implement a marketing plan, conduct outside sales and present proposals, interview and hire your own employees, manage a team of employees and create quality control measures, engage in customer service, work with suppliers, and manage cost control, payroll and accounting functions.

All our branch manager interns work with a mentor who will teach them our proven business system from the ground up and all interns are given extensive and continual training and support.

Training starts in the spring and continues through the end of the school year to properly prepare our interns and ensure success.
