NORTHROP GRUMMAN IS SEEKING AN ENTRY-LEVEL HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL.
This position will be located at our Mission Systems Sector in BALTIMORE, MD. This position will be in the Pathways rotational program where there will be three rotation opportunities within the various departments in Human Resources such as HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Effectiveness.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Human Resources team working in a dynamic people-focused environment where he/she will provide general support of the human resources team on talent topics such as attraction, retention and diversity & inclusion.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay . Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
