NORTHROP GRUMMAN IS SEEKING a Business Management Analyst. This position will be located in our Enterprise Services organization at Irving, TX or McLean, VA. This position will be in the Pathways rotational program where there will be three rotation opportunities.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s General Accounting organization supporting a variety of General Accounting functions including, Monthly Close, Intercompany Accounting, International Accounting, Chart of Accounts maintenance and Digital Transformation/Automation of processes. We routinely interact with and support each Sector and the Corporate office as well as partner with other ES Sector functions to help gain process efficiencies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from an accredited institution

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)

• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participates in monthly close activities

• Prepares journal entries

• Analyzes transactions and account balances

• Performs intercompany accounting, including tie outs of intercompany balances with domestic and international entities

• Prepares account reconciliations and research and resolve reconciling items

• Analyze current processes to support automation efforts

• Perform data analytics to streamline and automate processes

• Process freight bills

Salary Range: 53,800 - 84,500
