Position Description

You will serve as a FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Infrastructure Business Operations Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for planning, leading, and implementing facility and maintenance programs.
• You will serve as a functional expert analyzing, recommending, planning, and implementing standards and policy for facility and structural space requirements
• You will be responsible for ensuring maintenance requirements are identified and emerging needs are identified including Facility Alteration and Repair requests (FAR).
• You will be the point of contact for safety, security, energy conservation, and property management.
• You will evaluate space utilization and recommends standards and policy for facilities and structural space requirements.
