The FINANCE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (FLDP) is an entry level, highly visible program designed to develop talented undergraduates in the finance organization into future leaders at Raytheon. FLDP participants will gain experience within the Finance organization through three 12-month rotation assignments over a three-year period. Rotational assignments are based at Raytheon sites across the U.S. with the most common rotations located in MA, TX, AZ and CA. WHAT MAKES JOINING THE FINANCE LDP EXCITING? FLDPs will build strong Finance technical skills and will develop leadership through cross functional training on team work, communication, career development and personal assessments. Rotations can include but, not limited to, Program Controls, Pricing/Proposal Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, Rates & Budgets, Contracts-to-Cash, Accounting, and Internal Audit. Upon completion of the three-year rotation period, Finance Leadership Development Program graduates assume responsible positions throughout the company. QUALIFICATIONS include December 2018 or May/June 2019 bachelor’s degree candidates with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Operations Management or Business Management; a minimum GPA of 3.0; relevant internship experience, initiative, demonstrated leadership ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Copies of transcripts are required when applying to this requisition.
