Position Description

You will serve as a FLEET SUPPORT TEAM (FST) LEADER in the FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHEAST FST DEPT of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will demonstrate leadership and the ability to develop work plans, objective, and strategy for the team to engage in to meet the organizations goals.
• You will coach the team members in the selection and application of appropriate problem solving methods and techniques, and provide advice to the team in identifying the parameters of a viable solution or solution set.
• You will negotiate workplace issues affecting covered employees while recommending appropriate resolutions to management.
• You will establish benefits for all alternatives, identifies associated costs, and submit results/recommendations as a final cohesive team decision.
