Duties Narrative
This position is located in the Human Resources Department within the Human Capital Management Group. The incumbent is a member of team providing technical support and advice to co-workers, employees, and supervisors at various levels of the organization and as necessary researching answers to customer questions. The incumbent works with regulations, processes, and procedures. Prepares and reviews paperwork to be processed and ensures the paperwork is complete and accurate before and after processing. In addition, the incumbent administers the onboarding process for new hires ensuring the proper forms are completed and that the new hires are brought onboard in a timely and effective manner. Utilizes computer programs, such as DCPDS, USA Staffing and Onboarding Manager, E-Verify, and Civilian Workflow Automation (CWA) tool.
Qualifications for the DG-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DG-02 (GS-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following:
