Position Description

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION) in the NAVAL AIR SYSTMES COMMAND of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will brief senior leaders on the impacts of changes in human resources law and policy.
• You will classify position descriptions for an organization.
• You will coordinate with multiple parties (e.g., multiple commands, agencies, human resources offices) to resolve human resources issues.
• You will respond in writing to employee, applicant, manager inquiries.
• You will assist management with planning and implementing reorganizations.
• You will provide advice and assistance on desk audits and classification appeal procedures.
