    Position Description

    You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE RELATIONS/PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT) in the FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHEAST COMMAND OPERATIONS DEPT HUMAN CAPITAL MGMT DIV of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

    Position Duties/Responsibilities

    • You will prepare disciplinary letters, grievance responses and serving as a technical adviser during third party cases.
    • You will apply employee relations principles, practices, laws, and regulations, analyze problems/situations and recommending courses of action that meet organizational needs.
    • You will coordinate, and manage programs which include performance management program, Disabled Veteran Leave, Family Medical Leave Act, Unemployment Compensation, CEAP, and other areas that impact work operations.
