Position Description
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) in the ???????FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHEAST COMMAND OPERATIONS DEPT HUMAN CAPITAL MGMT DIV of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will provide guidance on the application of collective bargaining agreements, grievance processing and resolution under negotiated procedures, consultations and negotiations.
- You will research fact and legal precedents to define legal and factual parameters and issues of cases
- You will apply information of labor relations concepts, principles, and practices, including non-traditional collaborative approaches to labor relations.
