Position Description

You will serve as an INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST in the GT53000, Training Analysis, Design, and Evaluation Division of NAWCTSD ORLANDO.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for providing consultation for a wide range of human performance (HP), human performance improvement (HPI), human systems integration (HSI), education, and training policies.
• You will conduct analyses to identify or validate training requirements, using the systems approach to training.
• You will advise and consult Project Managers for training system/device acquisition or modification on matters related to the interpretation of complex training requirements.
• You will conduct effectiveness evaluations to validate training resources utilization, provide cost and training effectiveness recommendations to meet new training requirements, correct deficiencies, and improve effectiveness.
