Position Description

You will serve as a Lead Financial Management Analyst in the NAWCAD of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will analyze financial information to resolve discrepancies in the system reporting process
• You will lead teams in assessing an organization's financial strengths and weakness.
• You will motivate a team to complete financial tasks on time and within defined constraints.
• You will compile financial or budgetary information to prepare reports
• You will lead teams in determining improvements in financial work methods, processes, and procedures.
