Position Description

You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Naval Air Systems Command of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will perform cost analysis and life cycle costing studies for assigned systems.
• You will review and justify requirements for new support facilities and plans the activation of system support sites.
• You will recommend development/production go ahead to the system program/project manager the acceptability of the system from a logistics/maintenance standpoint.
• You will review and approve any changes to logistics plans, including Maintenance Plans.
