Position Description

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT GROUP (HCMG) of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will maintain lists, matrix, trackers, and org chart(s), and similar documents.
• You will assist in maintaining HCMG resources, guidance, and tools.
• You will conduct annual equipment inventory for HCMG and associated facilities.
• You will coordinate calendar invites/series for HCMG Leadership team and administratively manage meetings, to include documenting meeting minutes and tracking of actions.
• You will review and submit travel for HCMG leadership team.
• You will work collaboratively with HCMG Leadership and Operations and Strategy Office team to monitor short, mid and long-term goals for the Command and the Group.
• You will serve as the central hub for onboarding and off boarding of HCMG team members across the Group.
• You will assist with maintaining HCMG training plan and tracking staff completions.
• You will serve as a backup POC for HCMG budget, staying up to date on budget status.
