The program incorporates three week-long, in-person, sessions held over a two years. Raytheon is in need of highly motivated Supply Chain Professionals who have prior leadership experience and are capable of managing complex relationships in support of its cutting-edge technology, products, and programs. The SUPPLY CHAIN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (SCLDP) is designed to create a pipeline of talented professionals to fill key roles that will ensure Raytheon's Supply Chain will remain a leading force in the industry. The SCLDP is a two-year program consisting of two twelve-month rotations that provide broad exposure to Raytheon, while allowing the SCLDP participants to take on tough challenges and have the opportunity to add significant value to the company. Raytheon is looking for individuals who can be a proponent of continuous improvement and inspire others to embrace innovation. The Raytheon leaders of tomorrow will possess key competencies including a passion for Supply Chain, a desire to be an agent of positive change, and a willingness to develop into a strong, capable leader at Raytheon. Raytheon strives to develop these competencies through its Supply Chain Leadership Development Program. The SCLDP rotational assignments are selected to provide talent development and career growth. As part of the program, Raytheon makes every effort to balance the needs of the LDP participants and the enterprise. Rotational assignments are available in Subcontract Management, Material Program Management, Commodity Management, Logistics, Supplier Management, among others. These assignments typically require the SCLDP to relocate across the United States. Additionally, these assignments may provide the opportunity to work with International customers and suppliers. Raytheon is looking for capable, self-confident individuals interested in a challenging and rewarding career opportunity. The ideal candidate should have an MBA or Graduate Degree with a specialty in Operations or Supply Chain Management or a related field, (Note: Degree must be obtained between DECEMBER 1, 2018 and JUNE 30, 2019); two to four years related work experience, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the desire to be an agent of positive change. An educational background (or equivalent work experience) in an engineering or technical discipline is preferred, but not required. Copies of transcripts required. FIRM JOB REQUIREMENTS: MBA with a specialty in Operations or Supply Chain Management or Graduate Degree in a related field GPA of 3.2 or higher (in a 4.0 scale) Ability to move for each of the two twelve-month rotations Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance* 2 - 4 years work experience US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED - This position requires access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship. *THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE ELIGIBILITY TO OBTAIN A SECURITY CLEARANCE. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Security clearance factors include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the US, foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and drug involvement.
