The SCLDP is a two-year program consisting of two twelve-month rotations that provide broad exposure to Raytheon, while allowing the SCLDP participants to take on tough challenges and have the opportunity to add significant value to the company. As part of the program, Raytheon makes every effort to balance the needs of the LDP participants and the enterprise. Rotational assignments are available in Subcontract Management, Material Program Management, Commodity Management, Logistics, Supplier Management, among others. These assignments typically require the SCLDP to relocate across the United States. Additionally, these assignments may provide the opportunity to work with International customers and suppliers. Raytheon is looking for capable, self-confident individuals interested in a challenging and rewarding career opportunity. The ideal candidate should have an MBA or Graduate Degree with a specialty in Operations or Supply Chain Management or a related field, (Note: Degree must be obtained between DECEMBER 1, 2018 and JUNE 30, 2019); two to four years related work experience, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the desire to be an agent of positive change. An educational background (or equivalent work experience) in an engineering or technical discipline is preferred, but not required. Copies of transcripts required. FIRM JOB REQUIREMENTS: MBA with a specialty in Operations or Supply Chain Management or Graduate Degree in a related field GPA of 3.2 or higher (in a 4.0 scale) Ability to move for each of the two twelve-month rotations Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance* 2 - 4 years work experience US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED - This position requires access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship. *THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE ELIGIBILITY TO OBTAIN A SECURITY CLEARANCE.
