As a Recruiting Coordinator with PAE, you will provide a wide range of support including but not limited to:
Processing candidates compliantly and tracking candidate activity through PAE’s recruiting process including initiating background checks, drug screens, security clearances, generating offers and issuing new hire notifications
Liaising with other departments including Security, HR, and Operations to ensure all requirements are met as expeditiously as possible
Assisting recruiting managers with various Talent Acquisition projects as needed
Traveling for career fair/job fair support as needed
*0-2 years of experience in a recruiting assistant/coordinator, customer service, or HR assistant role
*Customer service oriented, helpful, patient, honest and transparent with strong attention to detail
*Proactive self-starter able to engage candidates who anticipates and preemptively solves problems
*Effective communicator, clearly outlines expectations and respectfully holds people accountable
*Able to effectively multi-task and balance several priorities all at once
*Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
*Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word; SharePoint skills are a plus
*Prior experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
