Position Description

You will serve as the Head of the Orlando Accounting Department within the Comptroller and Financial Management Group, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD. The position is located in Orlando, Florida.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will act as financial advisor to the Head of Orlando Comptroller Operations.
• You will maintain the integrity of financial operations and accounts under the Chief Financial Officers’ Act.
• You will provide higher authority and local operating officials with financial reports and statements on fiscal posture and funds entrusted to the command.
• You will serve as the Chief Professional Accountant for the command and financial accounting consultant for all matters relating to accounting.
• You will directly supervise and manage the total internal accounting function for NAWCTSD Operations.
