Position Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the NAVAIR Sustainment Group of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will develop a formal process for gathering sustainment IT functional requirements from weapon system program offices.
• You will provide products, resources, and evaluation techniques to continuously assess the functional requirements of logistics IT to directly support weapon system program offices.
• You will develop and enhance logistics forecasting and analysis methods, tools, databases, and processes.
• You will develop a project-based approach and plan for configuration management logistics IT functional requirements and architectures following model-based system engineering (MBSE) principals.
