Position Description

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager in the Anti-Radiation Missile (ARM) Technical Project Office (TPO) Director of Targeting and Kinetic Effects Group of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will develop the weapon programs’ task plans and schedules with defined milestones and metrics.
• You will monitor cost, schedule, and performance and taking corrective actions as needed.
• You will perform as the Contracting Officer’s Technical Assistant/Contractor’s Task Order Manager for contractor support at NAWCWD as required.
• You will exercise direct supervision of personnel assigned to the TPO code.
• You will provide engineering, analysis, test and evaluation, modeling and simulation, logistics, training and in-service support as needed.
