NORTHROP GRUMMAN IS SEEKING AN INTERN, TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST. This position will be located in our CORPORATE Sector and be fully remote/virtual.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's TECHNICAL TALENT DEVELOPMENT TEAM and have the opportunity to design, develop, and communicate learning & development technology, resources, and programs. The qualified candidate will directly support a highly visible technical development cohort, where tasks could include the following: interfacing with participants and collaborating with subject matter experts; tracking cohort activities; running cohort logistics; creating and maintaining cohort artifacts on Northrop Grumman's learning platform; and facilitating cohort sessions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A CANDIDATE MUST MEET ALL OF THE BELOW CRITERIA. THE CANDIDATE MUST:

• Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration or related program
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during the SUMMER OF 2022.
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher

INTERN PAY RANGE:

Bachelor's: $18.50 to $23.75 per hour

Master's: $29.25 to $30.25 per hour
