Paradeigm Interactive (San Diego) is looking for a kick-ass Interactive Designer to join our already amazing Creative Team.

Your mission if you so choose it is to ensure that all graphics, photography, or video being distributed on Social Media and or the Internet are at the utmost amazing, awesome, jaw-dropping quality they possibly can be.

You as the Interactive Designer realize that no matter how big or small the graphics you are creating for Social Media will be viewed by hundreds of thousands of people through social media and the interwebs.

You will have an absolute love for all things digital, tech, and made of pixels. You will also have an understanding of turning these pixels into printed material in the real world.

• We expect you to have the utmost love for design, typography, photography and videography.

• You must know what a Sans-Serif is vs a Serif typeface and you must never use Arial.

• If you are a PC user you may forward this to one of your friends who is a Mac User and talented designer who knows the entire Adobe Creative Suite.

• You must know how to take creative direction from a team of talented creatives

• You must know when you as the designer is right, and when you need to give into client demands (if ever...).

• You must want to grow and learn within a tight-knit community of people who love to create, dream up ideas, and then get to work to EXECUTE those ideas.

• Previous graphic design experience
